00564 - Data Wiring Faulty: Implausible Signal

Possible Symptoms

• Immobilizer active
• Engine not starting

Possible Causes

• No or Implausible Signal on W-Wire between Immobilizer and Engine Control Module
• Communication Baud Rate incorrectly set
• Ignition immediately switch ON after Engine Stop (during After-Run)
• Immobilizer Control Module faulty

Possible Solutions

• Check W-Wire between Immobilizer and Engine Control Module
• Check Communication Baud Rate Setting
  • Perform Control Module Coding
• Wait at least 10 Seconds when Cycling the Ignition
• Check/Replace Immobilizer Control Module
