Possible Symptoms

  • MIL ON

Possible Causes

  • Wiring Harness Issue
  • Failed ECM
  • Failed TCM

Possible Solutions

  • Test Wiring Harness From TCM To ECM
  • Replace ECM
  • Replace TCM

Special Notes

  • Verify wiring harness from the TCM to ECM is good first. If wiring harness is to design, there is no documented test plan for inspecting the TCM or ECM.
