Coding

Most repair manual sources do not cover this Bosch 8.0 ABS system. When the module is replaced with new it is advised to use the original coding value from the old unit. If this is not possible, registered users can contact us directly with a complete Auto Scan and VIN number.

Minor modifications for retrofitting purposes include:

  • +0016384 = Trailer Hitch not installed or w/o Control Module for Trailer/Towing Sensor (J345)
