Contacting Ross-Tech

Blah blah blah, if additional assistance is needed, our registered customers can submit an auto-scan for review blah blah blah

Once the Auto-Scan is complete, click on the small VCDS icon in the top left corner, then select [Copy and Submit Auto-Scan].

This will load up a special web page with a form to fill out. Please verify you type in your correct email address.

The Short Serial Number is on your Ross-Tech device, you will find that on the sticker. It might be something like:

  • HN2-xxxxxx
  • H17-xxxxxx
  • HCxxxxxx
  • UCxxxxxx

In the Comments box, document the issue or concern. Once you have that typed out, in the Comment box, right click your mouse and then select [Paste].
