Possible Symptoms
- Turn signal indicator flashes rapidly
Possible Causes
- Blown fuse
- Failed or incorrect turn signal bulb installed
- Wiring harness issue
Possible Solutions
- Verify fuses are good
- Verify correct light bulbs are installed
- Test wiring harness, see factory repair manual
Special Notes
- When found on Touareg (7L):
- If DTC 01498 is also stored, check fuses and wiring to J519 first.
