Contacting Ross-Tech
Blah blah blah, if additional assistance is needed, our registered customers can submit an auto-scan for review blah blah blah
Once the Auto-Scan is complete, click on the small VCDS icon in the top left corner, then select [Copy and Submit Auto-Scan].
This will load up a special web page with a form to fill out. Please verify you type in your correct email address.
The Short Serial Number is on your Ross-Tech device, you will find that on the sticker. It might be something like:
- HN2-xxxxxx
- H17-xxxxxx
- HCxxxxxx
- UCxxxxxx
In the Comments box, document the issue or concern. Once you have that typed out, in the Comment box, right click your mouse and then select [Paste]. You will see the data from the Auto-Scan populate the Comments field.
Click the [Send Email] that is below the Comments box once the form is filled out.
The Ross-Tech support team will reply back once we have an answer to provide. We have a Ross-Tech Forum where you should post your scan and questions:
