Possible Symptoms

  • Warning Lamp On
  • Reduced engine power

Possible Causes

  • Wiring Harness Issue
  • Failed injector

Possible Solutions

  • Ohm test wiring harness and injector
  • Visually inspect termianls at injector
  • Replace injector

Special Notes

  • The injectors on the TDI PD engines are not designed to run SVO, WVO and anything above a B5

biodiesel. Running these types of fuels can damage the injectors in the long run.

  • Inspect the camshaft for signs of wear.
