Possible Symptoms
- Top not operating
Possible Causes
- Power supply issue for Convertible Top Hydraulic Pump motor (V118)
- Failed Convertible Top Hydraulic Pump motor (V118)
Possible Solutions
- Fix wiring issue
- Replace Convertible Top Hydraulic Pump motor (V118)
Special Notes
- Run jumper wires from the Convertible Top Hydraulic Pump motor (V118) to outside the car and connect a test light to it, verify test light lights up when trying to open or close the top. If the light does power up, then inspect the motor. If the light does not light up, verify fuse, relays and wiring.
