Possible Symptoms
- Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) ON
Possible Causes
- SAI pressure hose between the pump and the combi valve cracked
Possible Solutions
- Run Output Tests to run the Secondary Air Injection pump while wiggling the corrugated hose to listen/feel for leaks.
Special Notes
- For the Tiguan with the 2.0T DGUE engine that has one or more of the following fault codes, please see TSB 054615 for possible ECM update and hardware update.
