Possible Symptoms

  • Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) ON

Possible Causes

  • Vacuum leak
  • Faulty check valve(s)
  • Fault Brake vacuum pump

Possible Solutions

  • Check for vacuum leaks
  • Check all installed check valves related to the brake booster circuit
  • Check brake vacuum pump including the gasket to the engine when a mechanical pump is installed on the cylinder head
