Special Notes
- When 02895 or 02897 are found after collision damage verify the new headlight is not missing components. The vast majority of new headlights are sold without the DRL and Parking Light control module.
- When found in MLB based models such as the facelift (i.e. B8.5) 8R/FP chassis Q5 that use Xenon Basic Settings in BCM1/09-Cent. Elect. (J519) controller type headlight system the "LED with heat sink" may be sold separately from the headlight with PR-Code combinations 8BP,8EH+8Q3 and 8BP,8EH+8Q5. In those cases the DRL control module still needs to be ruled out but the entire headlight may not need to be replaced if the LED has failed.
